We got lucky. We asked to see a house that we found through a website and Ruth was the realtor that showed up. We had talked to a couple other realtors at previous house viewings and just didn’t mesh well. Ruth was very thourough about trying to find the house we wanted. This was a first time buy for my girlfriend and I. We always felt in the loop with what was going on, at least with Ruth/C&E’s side of things. She was very patient and understanding with us. Anytime we had a question or clarification that needed to be made, Ruth was there in a timely manner. We have kind of a hectic schedule and the line of communication was still always there for us. It felt like Ruth does this job because she enjoys it. I think that’s very important in this line of business.
